DYNAMIC MODEL OF A RAILWAY LIFTING CRANE

Introduction: Currently, mobile boom cranes equipped with telescopic equipment are widely used in construction, loading and unloading, as well installation. Purpose of the study: We aimed to develop a dynamic model for railway lifting crane, taking into account interaction its structural elements each other bearing soil surface three-dimensional formulation. Methods: In course study, we Simulation Motion modules SolidWorks software package, Klepikov’s non-linearly deformable model, Lagrange’s equation second kind. Results: As result, developed numerical analytical 3D describing deformation “mobile crane – foundation” system The takes following: internal bending mating (telescopic sections, telescoping hydraulic cylinders, outriggers), hoist rope rigidity, grillage (framework sleepers) influence, elastic plastic properties base platform soil, action inertial loads on crane.
